"I ordered snowboard gloves, but somehow..."
I ordered snowboard gloves, but somehow ended up with ski socks instead. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but it was still frustrating. Support did eventually get it sorted out, though it felt like it took longer than it should have.

"Boot fitting didnt really help"
I went in hoping the boot fitting would fix the pain, but it felt kind of rushed. After all that, my boots still hurt when I wear them. Dissapointed overall

I tried shopping on buckmans.com and just gave up after a while. The site was loading strangely, the filters weren’t doing what I asked, and even something basic like finding the right size turned into a hassle. I had items in my cart and then it suddenly acted like they were gone. It felt like the most basic request was being ignored by the website. Maybe the actual store is fine, but the online shopping experience really needs work. I wouldn’t deal with it again unless they fix it.

I was going to buy just a small item, but when I got to checkout, the shipping was high, like really high. It pretty much ruined the whole deal for me. I ended up just leaving the cart because it didn’t feel worth it anymore. I really wish they had cheaper shipping options, or at least something a bit more reasonable

"so, not the best tune"
so I brought my snowboard in for a tune, but the edges still felt dull afterward. The wax job also looked kind of rushed, so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

"Issue was handled well"
I had a small problem with my order at first, but customer support replied and got it taken care of quickly. It took a bit of patience, but in the end everything was sorted out and I’m happy with how they handled it. Not a perfect experience, so I’m giving 4 stars, but I’d still say they did right by me.

"Decent items, but returns were frustrating"
I had kind of mixed feelings about my order. The stuff I got was actually okay overall, but one size didn’t fit and trying to return it was more of a headache than I expected. The exchange took a while, and the updates were slow, which got frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but the return process definitely made it less enjoyable

I had this discount issue when dealing with sales, and it just didn’t line up with what I was expecting. They made it sound like one thing, but then when it came time to actually use it, that wasn’t really how it worked. I just wish they had been clearer about the details from the start...

I tried ordering a jacket from Buckmans because the website clearly said it was in stock. I picked the size, picked the color, went through the whole thing, and then the next day they told me it was actually out of stock. Frustrating, honestly. If it’s not available, it shouldn’t show as available. I wasted time for no reason, and it’s annoying when the site says one thing and then you hear something else later. They really need to keep their stock updates more accurate.

"Frustrating rental experience from start to finish"
I had a bad experience with this rental. I was supposed to get it earlier in the day, but it ended up being late, which threw off my plans for the afternoon. I reached out to support after waiting around for a while, but they didn’t really seem interested in helping or giving me a clear update. By the time everything was sorted, I was already annoyed and behind schedule. Definitely not the kind of experience I’d want to repeat.

"Too expensive, and the reminders were annoying"
I felt like the prices were higher than a lot of other places I looked at, and once shipping was added, the total just didn’t seem worth it. I was expecting better value for the money. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like they kept pushing me to come back and buy. i’d probably shop around before ordering here again...

"My order from Buckmans showed up in this..."
My order from Buckmans showed up in this super flimsy box, i felt embarrassed just looking at it. The corners were all crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, like nobody really thought about protecting it.
The item box itself was dented up too, which was really disappointing considering what I paid. I hate making a big deal out of stuff like this, but opening it already made me feel like the whole thing had been handled carelessly.

"Shipping took a lot longer than I expected"
I ordered from buckmans.com assuming it would go out quickly, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I was comfortable with. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I was kind of stuck waiting and checking without really knowing when it would show up. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the whole delivery experience was frustrating enough that I’d be careful about ordering again unless I had plenty of extra time

I’m still waiting on my refund it’s getting a bit ridiculous. I get that these things can take time, so I’m trying to be patient, but there hasn’t been any clear update and that’s really annoying. Maybe it’ll show up soon, who knows, but right now I’m not exactly thrilled with how this has been handled.

"Not a great store visit"
I went in to check out ski boots and left annoyed. At first I figured maybe the staff was just busy, but no, it really felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic sizing questions. The answers were super short, the floor was kind of a mess, and checkout took way longer than it should have, especially since the store wasn’t even that busy. Maybe ordering online would be better, I don’t know, actually, I’d probably try another place first. The in-store experience just wasn’t worth the time.

"Wish I’d Read Reviews Before Dealing With Warranty"
I bought some gear from Buckmans and ran into an issue that really seemed like it should’ve been covered under warranty. I sent over the photos and all the details they asked for, thinking it would be straightforward.
Instead, it turned into a lot of waiting around and getting short, unhelpful replies. It felt like they were hoping I’d just give up or go deal with the brand directly myself.

Maybe they’re fine if your order goes perfectly, but if something goes wrong, the support was frustrating. I really wish I had read reviews first, because I regret ordering from them and wouldn’t do it again
